Return & Exchange policies for Steam Showers, Whirlpools, Bathroom Furniture and Shower Enclosures
We ship our products by freight truck within the 48 continental United States and Canada. We do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
Returns
You may cancel an order any time before the unit ships without charge. You can return all units bought from us within 21 days from the date of delivery. When a unit is in transit, all cancellations are a subject to additional charges.
- if a returned unit is in the original packaging, without any damages, never been unpacked or used, all expenses related with shipping and returned units (both ways) will be deducted from client's credit card (up to $500 for New York, New Jersey and Connecticut and up to $1000 for other states).
- if a returned unit is without the original packaging, all expenses related with shipping and returned units (two ways) will be deducted from client's credit card (up to $1000) plus the restocking fee of up to 15%.
- if a returned unit is damaged (only during return delivery) or has been used, all expenses related to shipping and returned units (two ways) will be deducted from client's credit card (up to $1000) plus a restocking fee of up to 25%.
All returns made after 21 days from date of delivery and before 90 days grace period are subject to a 35% restocking fee plus additional shipping fees (only for unused items).
For refunds on purchases made with a credit card, we will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make a purchase. If you paid using a check, a refund will be issued in a company check. Please allow 3-5 business days to make a refund on credit card, and 3-7 days to issue a company check.
Important!
Before returning any unit, please contact our customer care for a shipping date and other details. Replacements can cause delays due stock availability and/or the freight company.
Exchanges
For damaged units in original packaging, no fees apply in case if you contact us on site upon delivery or sign the bill of landing with notice about damage.
Other exchanges: you can exchange a unit for another model within 21 days from date of original shipping. The following additional charges apply:
- Difference in price
- Return shipping charge (up to $250 for New York, New Jersey and Connecticut and up to $500 for other states)
- 10% restocking fee (in case of opened packages, yet unassembled and unused).
Backorders
If your unit is currently not in stock, we will contact you and provide you with another shipping date. If you are unable to wait, you can cancel an order at any time before under the following terms:
- For steam showers and whirlpools - there will be no fees if a unit has not yet been shipped out.
- For bathroom furniture and custom order - you can cancel an order without any fees within 10 days of date when you placed an order. After 10 days, when a unit is in transit, any cancellation is subject to a 30% cancellation fee. All Furniture manufactured with your individual preferences such as: color of finish, is subject to additional fees.
- For items ordered from a catalog (faucets, shower sets, shower accessories) - first 10 days after you place an order we charge no cancellation fees, after 10 days - a10% cancellation fee will be apply.
Important!
If an item for any reason can NOT be delivered at estimated time of delivery, you can cancel your order without any fees.
