Shipping Policy & Terms for Steam Showers, Whirlpools, Bathroom Furniture and Shower Enclosures
We ship our products by freight truck within the 48 continental United States and Canada. We do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
Important!
- Curbside delivery only. Some of steam showers may contain up to 3 packages (more than 180lbs. each). When freight trucks arrive, you may require assistance handling packages.
- We will provide you with an estimated delivery date and time prior to the delivery. Please be advised, the driver will notify you before making the delivery.
- Upon the arrival of a shipment, all packages must be inspected for damages on site, before the Delivery Bill of Landing is signed.
If a packaging appears to be damaged, please inspect the box contents. In case of damage, such as broken pieces, please call us immediately for further instructions. Do not sign the Delivery Bill of Landing without reporting the damage! The Bill of landing must have clear details about the damage such as scratched or cracked units; crushed boxes, etc. In case of damage, if the Delivery Bill of Landing is signed without proper damage report, we can not process the Insurance Claim. In this case your may be liable for any additional charges.
- If only one package is damaged within the entire unit, please refuse just the damaged package. Some parts can be replaced, although some parts can not be replaced without replacing the full unit. Be advised, due limited availability of units in stock or problems with the freight company, replacing of units may cause delays.
- Drivers are not obligated to move package into your home/apartment. Please have somebody to assist you.
- When packages are delivered, any damages or missing packages must be reported to us during 4 business days. Do not wait until the unit is installed. Inspect units ASAP after delivery. The freight company requires clients to report any damages the same day of delivery.
- When delivery appointments are missed, the shipping company will assess a missed appointment charge of $199, charged from your credit card.
Terms and Conditions
Customer accepts full responsibility to check if units: steam showers and whirlpools comply with their state and county codes. In most states ETL comply with domestic codes. If you decide to have an inspection, or in case a renovation inspector must conduct an inspection, you must check if ETL (UL) certificate is valid in your county. Please contact us by e-mail and we will send to you the certificate by e-mail or fax. In case if you do not pass an inspection you may return the unit. Additional charges may apply.
Original shipping and return delivery freight charges plus 25% restocking fee for opened packages or 15% - for unpacked package(s).
Customer accepts full responsibility and liability for its proper use, operation and installation. The customer is responsible for any installation cost. Units must be installed by licensed professionals; failure to comply will void warranty. The customer further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the seller, company officers and employees from any claims, actions, lawsuits, judgments or liability arising from the use of sold products. By purchasing an item the customer agrees to the above conditions of sale and absolves seller, company officers and employees of any and all liability regardless of origin in the use of sold products.
Warranties
We provide a 3 year warranty against defective parts for steam showers and whirlpools. We cover all electrical parts, heating and control panel parts. In case of defects we will supply customers with required parts without any cost. Your licensed plumber or electrician must remove defective part(s). To receive new parts, you will need to ship to us the defective or broken part(s) with proof of purchase (your name, address, and date of purchase). You are responsible to cover these shipping charges. We will ship the required parts to you. Customers are advised to hire a licensed plumber or electrician for installation of replacement parts.
This is a list of rules you must follow to avoid warranty cancellation:
- The unit must be installed by a licensed plumber and electrician. In any other case the warranty will be voided.
- Units may be used in-door only.
- The receipt must be provided as proof of purchase.
- Units may not be used for commercial or rental purposes.
- Warranty does not cover any damages caused by incorrect installation, owner negligence, modifications to units or any misuse in accordance with instructions.
UsaShower.com does not cover or reimburse any labor cost for replacement of parts. Customers are responsible to hire a licensed plumber and electrician for routine unit maintenance. This service should be provided by a local licensed plumber and electrician in your county. We strongly recommend having a contract with a local licensed plumber and electrician for regular servicing.
When the warranty has expired, we will continue to supply you with replacement parts.
Important!
If you have children under age 15, using steam showers and whirlpools should be under adult supervision.
Shipping Time and Shipping Rates
Steam Showers, Whirlpools, Bathroom Furniture and Shower Enclosures (in stock) - are shipped only via freight carriers. We do not charge any shipping fees. It could be takes 3-7 days to find freight carriers, and shipping time for a delivery will be between 2-10 days depending on your location. We ship out from New York. You may pick up your unit directly from our warehouse in New York, in such case an additional cash discount will be applied ($50 - $250 depending on unit(s) purchased. Deliveries in New York City, within any of the 5 boroughs or Long Island, are made in 2-7 days.
If you are located in New York State, New Jersey, Pennsylvania or Connecticut - within 200 miles from New York City, deliveries are made in 5-10 days.
Steam Showers, Whirlpools and Shower Enclosures, which are not in stock from a catalog or an individual order are shipped only via freight carriers. Estimate time for shipping - between 6 and 10 weeks. Orders placed before August 10, 2007 will be shipped out between September 20th and 30th of 2007.
Rush orders for steam showers and whirlpools.
We can accelerate shipping with an additional surcharge by using air freight delivery. Estimated delivery time for rush shipping is 2 - 4 weeks; additional surcharge is $1,500. This surcharge includes air freight expenses and custom clearance fees. If a unit is in transit from the manufacturer, a cancellation of order will result in a surcharge in the amount of $1,500 and will be debited from your credit card.
Shower panels - shipped out via UPS Ground. Estimate time for delivery - 3-5 business days.
Shower faucets, shower sets, accessories and other small items - shipped out via UPS Ground, DHL or FedEx Express. Estimated time for delivery is 3-5 business days. FedEx Express is a subject to an additional surcharge.

Keeping Track Of Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mailed with a Tracking Number. You can use this tracking number to track the package yourself at www.usashower.com, www.fedex.com or www.ups.com. Tracking information for freight carriers will also be forwarded via e-mail. Orders shipped via freight companies will not be assigned a tracking number. You may contact us via e-mail for an update on your order status.
Shipping Delays
We try our best to ensure the delivery of your order. Unfortunately, circumstances such as bad weather, delivery errors and international shipping schedules, which are beyond our control, may occur. Regardless of the reason for a possible delay, we will always do our best to assist you. Please contact us with any concerns or questions.
Delivery Refusal
If a package is refused, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges incurred by UsaShower.com. Once we receive the refused package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the shipping cost and surcharges for shipping a package to you. This shipping and/or any shipping surcharges will apply even if you were not originally charged for shipping under a free shipping promotion. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer lowest prices possible. This does not apply to packages that were damaged while in transit.
